Surreal indeed, and ominous too. If I woke up and saw this around me, I'd wonder who put acid in my drinking water...
Based on the only two of their works I know (the abum covers of The Dark Side of the Moon by Pink Floyd and Houses of the Holy by Led Zeppelin), this looks like something Hipgnosis would do.
